This can all be traced back to activision increasing the price to ?54.99. When word got around that FIFA '12 was going to cost that much too, society just collapsed.

Some people effected by the riots are blaming the media's wall to wall coverage and almost encouragement of the whole situation. Amazing to see how views differ so much.
