Do you have a link to it please ?

I've seen one on eBay but going to have a look about before deciding.

          Sure. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Raleigh-Fold...4001241&sr=8-6
They also have a park tool one on there for a couple of quid extra.

These bike stands will hold mountain bikes won't they as mine is about 15kg ?

I thought they might be for light weight road bikes.

As far as I can make out, this is a world exclusive. I can't see it mentioned anywhere else on the web: adidas introduce new cycling range for 2013

Please spam it on facebook, twitter, cycling websites etc.

Just signed myself up for the cycle2work scheme. Should be getting my ?1000 voucher for evanscycles the beginning of January. Can't wait. Looking to get another MTB, in this price range they all seem to be 29" wheels. Any difference? Also recommendations for bikes would be handy. Do like the look of the Specialized Rockhopper on there.

depends on what you want, if your spending all that on a bike, will you want an upgrade on your cube bike ?

there is some on evans with 26" wheels and maybe look at 2012 models for a good deal.

Is there any limit to what you can buy on the cycle2work scheme ?

Yeah the ?1000 voucher. That is the limit. I'm selling the cube, using the money i get for that to put towards christmas stuff.

well in evans if thats the place you can spend it in then there will be quite a choice and for that amount of money you will have a choice trek, gt, specialized, norco, pinnacle etc

anyone tried out a 29er bike is there much difference over 26inch wheels ?

On flowing trails I couldn't keep up with a 29er, no matter what I tried. Similar spec bike otherwise. Once we reach the twisty downhills, I left it for dead. And on steep uphills (lower CoG I guess). Overall the 29 was probably faster.

Whats the best charlesr Hardtail or full suspension? Been looking at evanscycles and some bikes are fullsuspension at that price.

For ?1000, get a hardtail. Any full sus under ?1500 is going to be compromised. A 29er will give you benefits over rough ground that you might have got from suspension, although will slow you down in the twisties.

I'm getting an itch. The thing that is scratching it is this: http://www.trekbikes.com/uk/en/bikes...ash/slash_7_uk January....

That bike looks very nice, a bit pricey for me.

My next bike I was only going to spend about 1600 as I like the carbon framed bike, canyon make.

My mates carbon frame cannondale is very nice and so light weight.
