    This.

I have never been her biggest fan but to do something like that takes a lot of work and dedication so fair play to her.

I saw an article on her & her bodybuilding a while ago, & all I gotta say is well done & fairplay on her for her commitment to what she's trying to achieve. Thats a hell of a lot of hard work compared to her previous 'career', along with giving up her past life of booze & drugs. She's a veggie, so getting protein of that high a level can only be achieved with those protein shakes.

She always had a love for sports which she mentioned a few yrs ago on that 'The Games' prog that she entered, so its nice to see her focusing on something other than just getting drunk/partying/f*cking celebs.

I agree that I've never had a problem with her, as opposed to Jordan. At least she smiles & is doing something new & refreshing, & pro-active/positive. The only thing that worries me is that I remember hearing she used to be anorexic as a kid & had a rpob with her nose so had it done, so lets hope this isnt another form of complusive body control.

Good luck to her, but loose the Ronseal love

All this focus on the muscles and all I want to know is when she got all those TATS. I prefer her look from a year ago but with the added tattoos please.

And respect for that. I work out pretty hard but that takes serious dedication. Of course, its a bit easier with a personal trainer and chef but she still needs to do the work.

          She looked better before, tbh.
