If I were to get some square badges with the logo, what size would work best?
1.5" 38mm plastic
or
metal 25mm
or
20mm metal "clutch" pin (i.e. has clutch section that you push the pin into)

25mm is a bit big, 20 or 15 would be better IMO

Yup, the clutch pin in 15mm is the perfect size i'd say. I'm ooooooooooold, so can't be wandering around with some mahoosive badge stuck on my jacket. (So if it has to be the choices above, i'll stick with 20mm)

Yep, 20mm for me too - though prefer smaller.
