bloody itunes.........

for some reason none of my devices seem to sync now and just time out, thats my iphone, ipod and ipad

thought i would repair itunes and load a previous backup of my phone but that just more or less just erased everything and the phone now fails to sync or just times out

so now i have my phone with a previous back up but because it cant sync ive lost all other stuff like movies, apps and music

have i done something daft or will i need to reinstall itunes which could wipeout all my game saves and i cant be arsed loosing angry birds for the 3rd time

any help woulld be appreciated

I'm pretty sure even if you uninstall Itunes, all of your backup data remains in the library, so when you reinstall it you can still sync any old backups you've made.


To be extra sure you could go copy the backups somewhere safe, they should be in

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

in windows 7

Just in-installed it and re-installed it and all my saves where there and it's all working a treat now
