Sold monitor on ebay - potential scam?

I've sold a dell monitor on ebay for ?220, but i'm wary about the buyer.

The user is a woman, with 65 feedback but the shipping address given is a self storage address with a mans name, both names seem to be of eastern european origin.

This sounds like a scam right?

What the best way to approach it with ebay?

Call up the customer service and ask where you stand if you are worried

Are they paying by paypal? If so, get payment, draw down to your bank, wait until the full 6 days clearance has happened and then post it?

Use a courier or something else that need a signature to deliver the parcel. Paypal and eBay tend to be on the buyers' side even if they are scamming, so a proof or shipment and a proof that it has been delivered will help defend yourself.

Yeah that's what worried me, i've cancelled the auction will probably list it on one of the forums.
