Aged 82 and now taken that final step. Some may believe the moon landings never happened, but that was some brave stuff.

I agree with Brian Cox, the Moon landing was our greatest achievement. We put people on the surface of a different celestial body! Amazing stuff. RIP Neil Armstrong.

I hope we get to see humans on Mars within my lifetime.

Sad news. When I was younger I used to be mega into space and the planets. I remember listening to my Dad's recording of the moon landing on vinyl and being transfixed by what I was hearing.

Very sad. Yes, an amazing human achievement. If there was any justice, he'd have got an extra life for that one.
