Can someone recommend me a battery charger?

Fancied a game on my Wii only to find my battery charger has died!!

I am after on that can charge AA batteries (and possibly AAA) but the main thing is, I need one doesnt keep charging the batteries, once it's full.

Trying to choose a suitable one is a minefield - Can anyone help me out here?

Right, you need the VOLTCRAFT IPC-1L Intelligent Battery Charger AA AAA.

This is the daddy of all chargers. You choose the charging speed (if you aren't in a rush, then always slow), check the health, refresh any memory effect and just leave them alone once in there as it will cut off at the right level and then keep them there.

This one also happily charges batteries that have been drained so low that my GP fast charger declares as broken / unchargeable!

Is there a version of this with a UK plug?

Not that I know of. Mine came with a UK plug thing. Works fine. Just need to remove a rubber sticky thing.

              Maybe for convenience

The ultimate charger though is something like a imax B6/8 but fails on the convenience side.
This will charge/discharge/cycle any Nicad/NiMh/lipo or lead acid battery.

?26 delivered from China on ebay.

Nice one. I should rephrase to daddy of all AA/AAA chargers.

I now want one of those though
