If they get their time from the mobile provider, yes. I like to override mine and set it myself. A phone I had when I arrived here had no option to do that and I felt like I had no control over things!

Regardless of which way the clocks go, I always feel really tired... For the sake of an hour, my body clock goes into a confused state... I'm obviously not meant to be a time traveler...

Is the real reason this happens to do with farmers?
