Play-Asia have finally agreed to an exchange for the damaged game that they shipped after I harassed them over the weekend but are absolutely refusing to subsidise the return shipping cost, which will be ?12+ as I don't trust them with a non-tracked service and the Muramasa LE is bigger than a regular Vita game. Between this and the ten cent price reduction on new games to stop people from using their vouchers, they seem to have become real penny pinchers in the last couple of years.
