^^^ you know fruit and fibre is not that good for you right? It has over 10% of your RDA sugar in it, and depending on which one you buy you may be getting high fructose corn syrup which is horrid stuff (its called glucose-fructose syrup in the uk) its pretty bad apparently ![Smile](https://bordersdown.net/core/images/smilies/001_smile.gif)
