I had to nip to London today for a work interview and decided to take my camera with me to make it a bit more fun.

Rather than just catch the train, have the chat then **** off home, I went up early for better light, visited the supposedly best coffee shop in London (Omotesando Koffee, which was exceptional with great staff) and had a 15km walk to capture my first streets shots on the A7 III.

Loved the experience, want to visit again without the work pressure to visit some off the beaten track locations I found online.

I had a trip down to Blackpool, haven't gone through the proper pics yet, but a couple from the Pixel 8 came out quite nice.

1: You got out of Blackpool alive.
2: You didn't have your phone robbed.

We took the littun to Hyde Hall in south woodham for the light show on Sat night, really wish i had taken my DSLR as it was a nice show they put on, oh well will do next year.

I love the above photo of the sun shining through the legs of the pier.

Took a random shot last night of the city through an 11 floor window via the Pixel 7 Pro. Came out quite nice considering the dirty window.

Yes it did, I've noticed that the buildings have stayed quite perpendicular at the edges. On my phone they go bendy.

Been down to the Nikon boutique, but I'm really not sure - as Arabella Weir used to say on The Fast Show, does my bum look big in this?
