A lean Christmas in my house as I prepare to launch a new business. My eldest wants Animal Crossing and a 3DS to play it on, which isn't cheap at all. But I may just buy everyone else Maiden albums.

If anyone is thinking of buying their little one a Furby, go in with your eyes open - they're noisy buggers, eat batteries and kids get stupidly attached to them. My youngest one was given one for her birthday and it's now a babbling, power-hungry member of our family.
