Unblock-US and other DNS servers being blocked on Virgin

Remember , those DNS servers only work for specific sites and traffic, it should not redirect you to US servers for an MMO unless it is a specific feature of the service.

How could we forget when you keep telling us every 7 minutes! ;-)

Are they rolling this out everywhere because at present (litrely just checked) and I was able to swap between US, Cannada and the UK with no issues.

LOL, im NOT having issues with virgin media and am using the 208 DNS will post if this changes.

Like the link suggests, it isn't affecting everyone.

Virgin Media is regional, because Virgin originally became national by buying other local providers and taking over their service.

My PS3 wouldn't even connect to PSN; kept saying "there is a DNS error".

Would be interested to see how many areas this is affecting if its just one area it could be a test to see how it affects customers and if its worth them rolling it out across the whole of the uk, if not and there just rolling it out region by region I will be leaving virgin media very soon.
