    Obviously needs a slap.

One of our regular guests just got back from two weeks in Japan and was telling me about his trip. Grr. Amazon have dropped ToX2 to $30 so I might make myself feel better by getting it. But then today I have Watch_Dogs for WiiU and probably ToW:Reve Unitia for 3DS arriving. On the other other hand, I'm meeting the ex to get paperwork done for our divorce, so I'd like a mini-celebration...

      lol, complex dude!

And the "winning then selling" thing... the biggest irk there is that they entered the compo in the first place - there must have been people out there that actually wanted to win them to keep.

Wait did he win them in a forum competition, and is now trying to profit from them as much as possible on the same forum?

That is just a total dick move.

I had presumed "won" meant on ebay or somewhere else, but....

Yeah it's the winning posting about winning & then deciding he doesn't actually want them & then sell them.

No it was a Facebook competition held by a seller who posts regularly on said forum.

I wouldn't mind if he'd done it as "well these didn't cost me anything & I know they are worth "X" amount but I will be willing to take a reduced amount so someone else can have them & actually enjoy them"

Even at ?100 each they are cheaper & he's still quids in but no it's the blatant if I can't sell them at full price then why bother attitude that gets me.

I just feel that's bad practice, one minute you are gloating about free figures (essentially about ?350's worth) & then saying you want to sell them but when people offer lower prices based on them being won in a competition told that it's market value only & any less wouldn't be worth selling them

I don't know if it's just me but that stinks.

I appreciate we all want money but when you didn't pay for them in the first place you could sell them at below market value & still be in profit but do something nice for others at the same time.

              Grrrrr

He could at least be subtle and chuck em on eBay or something. Seems like he's rubbing it in your noses.

Yeah exactly. What annoys me is that this is the same excuse that ppl have used every time in the last few yrs & i don't sell a lot on ebay. Their excuse is obviously bull**** & I'm tired of hearing it. If you don't want it then don't buy it.

I'm trying to get my final value fee back so cancelled the transaction, & he hasn't responded to confirm it was bought in error, so now i have to wait to get my money back on a 'mistake' that his 'son' made

Doesn't eBay supply you with their home address, because they're a buyer?

Go round. Pay them a visit. Scare the **** out of them. At 3am, holding a packet of crisps.

Tell him you've decided to give him and his kid the 360 for free, whereupon you produce a large cardboard box. But when you open it, it's only FILLED WITH BEES!!!

Plot twist he doesn't even have a son its just been one person this whole time running the show, also he's really a ghost and been dead since the start of the auction. Further twists reveal he is in fact YOUR FATHER, and it was our planet right from the start, also would you kindly believe his wife has a Wang.

50 internet points if you can name where all the plot twists are from.

                              shock.

Think this one is the game and would it be the same game that charlesr uses for his avatar? Awesome DS title really good.

Edit no that's Sixth Sense, but same plot twist.
