Fallout 4 was supposed to arrive today, noticed a Red card sneaking through my letter box, opened the door to have the guy tell me he never even brought the parcel! Have to wait til tomorrow now and have the ballache of getting do the depot within the 15minute window it is open.

I always suspected they did that. Interesting to catch a postie in the act. Did he attempt to justify it? Is this the company policy? Can't you arrange a next day redelivery rather than go and get it yourself?

Every time I think I want to leave Japan I just remind myself how good the postal system is here, and how bad it is back home.

Report it to Royal Mail, i had a lazy postman at a previous address who done this constantly for a few months until i called RM and made a complaint. Never happened again.

Red cards usually say to wait 24 hours don't they? I usually just go an hour or two before it closes on the day and it's alright.
