Does anyone have any cheap iPad equivalents?

Need to source some some for infant school teachers/children (perhaps around 8 required)

They just need decent photo capabilities/internet use etc...

I work in a Homebase store that recently got an embedded Argos built into it. They use the above Galaxy Tab 4 instead of the traditional laminated book for people to search for products with. They seem like a nice competant tablet honestly.
