It has a fair bit. It's in the game engine but it's video. I guess it's because they can't realistically cut between completely different places without loading a ton of stuff.

One I remember is the night-time boat explosion cut scene. I noticed mpeg artefacts in the water and thought "no way" but during that scene I couldn't zoom in like I could when it was real-time. Getting closer to the telly, it was clearly a video.
