In a very embarrassing move, the US Senate are set to reject Trump's declaration of a state of emergency for immigration. Given the Republicans hold the Senate it means members of his own side will defy him. Trump will continue to push the declaration onwards but it would signify a significant loss of control for Trump

Trump served fast food for a second time as well, they joke that maybe it was well received the first time but the reality is that it's a long standing traditional that the President foot the bill for such meals meaning he's simply cheaping out on them.

The Democrats are also planning to introduce a bill to restore Net Neutrality

The House has voted 420-0 in favour of Muellers eventual report having to be released in full publicly. The Senate will move to block that outcome but it's a deafening symbolic result that shows any attempt to mask findings will have massive repercussions.

Trump tries to take credit for Republicans voting to make Mueller's report public. Irony is that it helps ensure it will be as the Senate that may have blocked it now has him giving a presidential endorsement of the result
