Plenty of space if you're stockpiling fridge freezers.

        Crazy how selfish people are.

I'm generally good at reading humanity cynically but we're talking new lows here.

When it all blows over, gonna be a lot of ***** exposed and I really don't care what punishment they get.

They call it 'schadenfreude' and it will happen, eventually.

        They will get SHREDDED.

Old people, sick people. Nicking all their stuff.

          New low. Societal low.

Ive never seen anything like it.
Things have seriously escalated from when I last went to a supermarket on Monday evening until my latest trip this evening. What are people doing with all of this stuff?! I had to go to three shops to find everything I was looking for. I can semi-understand long life food like pasta, but what is happening to the fruit and veg? A lot of it will barely last a week!

Bizarely though, there was quite a good stock of toilet roll. Maybe everyone's finally satisfied they have enough to see out this and every other crisis for the next decade.

We'll be OK. I'm sure of it. We are a very decent collective, all of us.

If owt bad happens, let's just share, support, research. And be kind.

Doesn't seem too bad in Hunslet at mo. Penny Hill shut on an early nite tho...unheard of.

I'll tell ya summat, there's a lot of older drinkers after cheap-as-chips beer and right now they're all squirming about trying to find the next cheap, reliable pub that doesn't turn folk away who clear their throat.

We are in a mad era. Haha.

(I voted the bottom vote. But I sense that might just be luck. I'll wait n' see).

Morning shop turned out to be the right move, loads of stuff sold out but got enough of what's needed so the next week or so is fine. A small round tonight for frozen stuff and all's well for a bit longer.

                            Bro-in-law girlfriend has it (she's a teacher).

Roads are pretty busy this morning.

Need to grab a few bits from the shops at some point but not loo roll or bread.

                            We'll see.

One thing i have learnt is ...people who harp on about gluten free food and actually do not need it are not buying them, most places had full shelves of it
Also shop next door say people are buying up freezers and a real stock shortage in ireland

My partner is a celiac, which is fine most days as we just cook from fresh anyway, fresh meat, fresh veg, eggs, rice etc. However with all the fresh gone theres also no rice, gf pasta, nothing.

Were fine for now with stuff out freezer for a few weeks we've naturally built up over time, but 3 weeks itle be an issue and she will be struggling for a decent meal without being able to get any fresh whatsoever.

I'm sure we will nab bits here and there and itle work out.
