[MENTION=5941]Asura[/MENTION], nobody here wishes him dead, but early on, at the start of this, he stood at his podium and said, "some of your loved ones are going to die" - as if that was an acceptable outcome.
He has little sympathy for anybody that comes from outside of his limited world experience - for example, saying that investigating historical child abuse was "spaffing money up the wall", was not only grossly insensitive (given that that 'spaffing' can be taken as a term referring to a sexual act), but also insensitive to those who had been abused, as well as inaccurate, as criminal convictions came from it - Barry Bennell, a prolific paedophile, for one.

He's a bad person, in my book, but I wish him a speedy recovery.

I don't wish him dead, but if he does pass away, I'll be feeling the same indifference he would if it was me or my family. I think that he is a total chancer who lacks any real empathy for others and successfully bluffs past that as - for reasons beyond my understanding - the British public think that clueless and distant upper class toff sorts are charming and harmless "characters".
