Ugh, I'm seeing loads of conspiracy-theory rubbish about the Nordstream pipeline.

Apparently there's an undersea leak. Willing to consider that this might be true.

Also there's the suggestion it's sabotage by someone. Seems harder to believe but okay.

There's a lot of stuff on Twitter showing supposed protests in Germany with people pressuring the government to drop their sanctions with Russia and go back to how things were pre-Ukraine-invasion; however, they're just photos of protests and I have no idea whether or not they're genuine. They could be photos from a protest years ago for all I know (spend any time online you'll see posts about protests like this; people on the opposing side posting videos of people breaking stuff, people on the other side posting videos of police brutality, in both cases from totally different contexts to the accompanying caption once someone looks into it).

Meanwhile there are people suggesting it's the US, and that the entire Ukraine situation is their attempt to... Make... Germany dependent... On Mexico Gulf gas-no, no, can't finish that sentence as it's just so offensively daft.

This is related to what I said earlier, though. You only need a hundred or so people to go against the flow, and before you know it, news media in Russia are reporting "Germans protest Russian sanctions".

Speaking of which...it would appear that Elon has offered to buy Twitter again for the same price that he originally offered back in April before trying to back out of it and causing the Twitter board to take him to court for it.

Clearly, his lawyers have informed him that his chances of winning in court are slim to none.
