What this f****** nonsense of it being bought for 44b, 44B!!!! It only turned over 5b last annual year, 3b year before that, even if you valued it at 4 times its best year that would still be massively pushing it.
Literally all made up nonsense with zero basis in reality, night as well burn that 44b in stead.

Twitter's slide into crapness really picked up momentum at that point; in a private club if a person breaks the rules, they should be kicked out, regardless of whether they're some random person or the president of a nation. The fact that they were willing to compromise on those rules was a sign of things to come.
