England must reduce meat intake to avoid climate breakdown, says food tsar | Food | The Guardian
And the 'food tsar' for the Government has said the only way to avoid a climate breakdown in England is to severely cut meat consumption.
Am I missing something or is this a huge over simplification of the issue? Practically speaking it just doesn't work. Too much still avoids dealing with the biggest contributors.
