I’ve acquired a significant podge around the midsection. The rest of me is quite slim. It’s not a good look. I’m going to have to do something about it because my t-shirts feel like they stretch around my gut like cling film, and I’m worried that before long I’ll lose sight of my knob.

Just shy of 6ft 2, and 15 stone 13 pounds. It’s not tragic on the BMI scale, but the visual evidence of having a little hillock strapped to me when I lie down, or worse, a sack of flab leaning against the mattress when I’m on my side, is just depressing.

I still hover around high 54's to low 56 kilo's, last Friday's weight was 55.8. Lost my six-pack it's more like a two or a four on a good day.

Decent diet, more than enough exercise, still doing 5k's every Sat/Sun whatever the weather.

Of course I could get covid or have a heart attack and drop dead next week.

I'm 18st something, scales are broken (ha). I've been on a diet the last few years, I reckon at my peak I was 22st or so, was getting a pain finding trousers and being knackered doing basic walking round so I just started eating healthy. It was pretty easy to be honest.

Covid halted my weight loss but I didn't really put any on, back on it now. It was a double loss for me as I couldn't go on holiday for 2 years and I actually lose a fair bit of weight there from all the walking round (last time I lost 9lb!).

I've dropped two trouser sizes and one shirt size since I started. I'd say the main problem is that healthy convenience food costs a lot, but some healthy snacks are quite easy to come by in pound shops so just shove a load of popcorn in the car and you're done.
