It plays on racist ideas, in other words it’s tugging at a racists seam already implanted in people’s minds. It’s no better than the demonisation of the Jews in Europe or the racist cartoons (and other things) about the Japanese in the US in the 40s, which paints those groups as sub-human or animals.

Whilst it might be repugnant, one of those things is first ammendment protected and one of them is not and could put yourself in legal jeopardy or worse, so I'm not sure it's a good response tbh.
