Is a Gaza thread of its own not allowed ?

6000 of our children , children - brutally murdered or under rubble too long to be alive.

I don't get the pretending to be some upholsers of international law. These were the White Powers as they called one another who invented carpet bombing civilians.

Netanyahu calls us in Gaza 'Amalek' , some nutter Torah story encouraging the slaughter of all 'infants and sucklings' . Herzog called us all terrorists . Israeli and American we very day people alike are regularly cheering the death of babies online. Israel's literally prosecuting a medieval siege and cutting off civilians from water and food and all the white governments are straight up yeah that's fine.More then 10k of us dead in less than a month. Various US Republican officials have told Israel to 'finish them' and 'flatten Gaza'. Everyday Israelis are all over every kind of video service calling for the murder of actual Palestinian babies until every single Palestinian is dead. Imagine, for just a moment, a Muslim calling for the death of babies.

FFS a ceasefire is a dirty word now. Keep bombing civilians. Keep killing kids. Don't say say ceasefire though. This world makes no sense.

Why just pretend at it . International law means nothing. The White Powers excuse everything they and their ally do no matter how heinous, just as they did before and during WW2. Why even bother with the pretenses . Just be open about what you are.

I'm sure you're welcome to create your own thread. I doubt anybody wants to discuss the subject because nothing about this scenario is black and white, good and bad. It's just mostly the worst kind of bad from all sides. People just want to live in peace without their kids being shot, carved out from their wombs and stabbed up, or indeed bombed.

Honestly, I'm not sure the comparison is valid.

Hitler was a mass-murdering ****-head. However, he was also someone who fought in WW1 who went into government because he had bought into a fascist ideology of patriotism and wanted to pursue it. For all the ****ty things that Hitler did, and there were many, countless even - I don't think you can suggest Hitler was a grifter, or disingenuous. He believed in that cause, terrible though it was. I mean he wrote an entire book about that specific thing.

I am not convinced that Trump genuinely cares about the United States. I honestly think the guy's an egocentric, self-serving sociopath. I don't feel he would hold up any view that isn't Pro-Trump. He's a populist who appears at rallies and talks about "the wall" not out of some ideological opinion that Mexicans are lesser humans, but just because it makes people chant his name. He's arguably symbolic of how anyone who lacks shame can become a politician if they're malleable enough as a person to simply say what anyone near them wants to hear.

To be clear, I'm not suggesting Hitler had redeeming qualities. Sticking to your guns and being sincere when you're gassing innocent people isn't admirable, no matter how much you keep to your principles.

Trump's racism goes back a long way back to the 70s, that's more than just appealing to populism.

Hes not Hitler but he is pulling a lot of plays from the Fascist dictator playbook.

Stiring up racial tension for poltical gain.
Refusing to give up power and Refusing to step down because he didn't like the outcome of a democratic election.
threatening and intimidating his political rivals with talks of imprisonment if he gets back into power and using his position to intimidate and harass (in his current court cases he posted personal information on truth social about the court clerk in a clear cut attempt to intimidate her.)

If Trump gets back into power i bet he will make dam sure that we have a Trump in the White House for quite a few years to come with his children being pushed as front runners for the democrats with him pulling the strings in the background.
