"Louise Haigh resigns as UK transport secretary after admitting phone offence"
Although this is embarrassing for the Government, it's worth noting that she admitted she was wrong and stepped down.
We've just come through a time where the government regularly gaslit the nation, denied criminal wrong doing, multiple jobs, backhanders and so on, then refusing until resign unless forced to because of them going to court.

Lord Cameron previously opposed assisted dying but says the current bill "is about shortening death".
Biggest and best reason to oppose the so-called Assisted Dying Bill is because Cameron is in favour of it. We all know that if that law is enacted, disabled and critically ill people will be coerced into taking their own lives to save the system money.

Either way, if any politician whatsoever is pushing it, it’s bad.

Couldn’t be happier the right to die bill has passed. Hopefully it comes to law soon.
After witnessing people slowly loose their facilities, loose their ability to control their bowels, need assisted breathing and wish to die, with no ability to do so, this is so long overdue.
If I get to that stage, I would love the ability to die with dignity and on my terms, not the disease or injury that has taken away my ability to live with any independence.
Long overdue and hopefully the law is passed with care and consideration.
