Likely impatience due to an expectation that Labour should be signing off on left-favouring policies from Day 1. It's 100% something that should be changed but all that usually is said is 'lift the cap', they will no doubt mean axe it whereas I imagine Starmer will be thinking 'lift it from 2 kids to 3 or 4' rather than removal.
