I'd be happy to see him play for the Under 21s. I thought Spurs were going on some sort of summer tour to the Middle or Far east so he'd likely be played a lot in that. Whatever he does as long as he's not over-used or injured that's the main thing.

Actually we're going to skipping the big money spinning pre-season tour this season, at Poch's request. He thinks they disrupt preparations too much and you end up spending more time on long haul flights than actually coaching the players.

We're playing a one off match against Sydney FC one week after the season ends (and I think a match against a Malaysia or Singapore XI a couple of days before that) after which the players will be off on holiday for a month, and when we come back for pre-season in late June / early July we'll be staying at home.

So he'd definitely have a far easier schedule if he didn't go, but a young whipper-snapper like Harry shouldn't end up too knackered if he does take part in the U21s.

Was having this discussion with a mate and I can't actually think of a poorer team they've ever put out.
