It's not just Drogbas goal that went your way. A few against Utd alone over a small period and many others against other teams.

We actually won a penalty shootout! With our third choice keeper too (only at Chelsea is being a third choice keeper a viable way of getting games).
Sounds like Alex getting sent off was a poor decision according to the commentary (thankfully the penalty was missed) which put a huge amount of strain on the kids playing. McCaechron and Sturridge getting injured is a shame (although Sturridge needs to tone it down a bit anyway, his eagerness is actually hurting his play and costing goals).

Wow, a couple of not-so-great results, and Villas Boras' job is already on the line?
You have to wonder what these foreign billionaires who buy up clubs expect. Or rather, we know what they expect - Champions League places. But it's becoming harder and harder to win a Champions League place these days - Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and now Newcastle all contending for the limited amount of places. No club can comfortably expect a Champions League place anymore - not even Manchester United.
This is good for the league, especially after the naysayers a few years ago who felt the league was being dominated by four teams. But not so good for the wealthy owners. Ironic really, given it is the surge of wealthy owners that have made Champions League places so competitive in the first place.
