And he's gone. Moratti doesn't waste any time! I wonder who they're going to get in a new coach? Ancelotti? Ranieri? After a period of stability it looks like Inter are going back to the more chaotic ways they had earlier in Moratti's reign.

To right, I had to turn the Novara game off they were so bad, never seen anything like it from a top tier team, really.

Ranieri is pretty much nailed on as new Inter boss (not announced officially but he's been talking in interviews as though he's been given the job). Could be an interesting season as every potential title challenger looks like they have the ability to slip up. Napoli lost last night, Juve and Milan both drew their matches, I'm not sure any team is going to pull away from the pack this season and clearly set themselves up as the team to beat.

The Tinker man has been confirmed.

He was ok at Chelsea, the only problem with him is that he can make questionable decisions with subs and team makeup. The subs he made in the Champions league when Chelsea had a lead over Monaco and were on the front foot ultimately cost us a ticket to the final.

After the start Gasperini made I think Inter will be happy with simply making the Champions League places this season, which Ranieri should do, he finished second with Juve and Roma with less resources than he'll have at Inter. Then again, only three CL spots in Serie A now, so it could be a bit nip and tuck.

Inter vs Napoli has started well, fast paced, a bit chaotic, only lacking a goal so far. Would like Napoli to win but Inter are having more of the game and creating more chances so far.

Great first half, 1-0 to Napoli and Inter down to ten men, although the foul for the penalty was outside the box. The Inter players have lost it a bit, all shouting at the ref at the end of the half and getting booked for dissent. I thought Cesar was going to be sent off as he carried on ranting at the ref well after he was booked.

3-0 to Napoli, pretty one sided second half, Inter didn't seem to be up for the fight once they went down to ten men. Looking forward to Juve vs Milan tomorrow, should just about get back from Spurs vs Asenal in time to see the start. Hopefully I'll be in a good mood

Rome derby tonight! Hope the ref has been practising taking cards out of his pocket

Juventus is completely dominating Fiorentina, although its still only 1-0. A good albeit one sided game so far.

And wouldn't you just know it, Juve pay for only getting one goal! Brilliant finish from Jovetic to make it 1-1. Fiorentina playing better now, it's a more even game.

2-1 to Juve! Good play by Pepe to set up Matri.

Napoli vs Udinese tonight should be a cracker if they both play as well as they can.

What a goal by Napoli. Backwards overhead pass from Cavani and a brilliant finish from Lavezzi.

2-0 at half time. Udinese were coming back into it and making chances before Napoli got the second, but Napoli deserve the lead overall.

Good win for Napoli, first defeat of the season for Udinese. Decent match but didn't quite hit the heights I was hoping for. And so concludes my match report to myself

Milan derby tonight, looks like it should be quite a spectacle. ESPN seem to be upping their Serie A coverage a bit too, 30 minutes build up, pundits and everything! I see some of the upcoming matches also have a bit of build up too, a nice change, I hope they keep it up.

Nobody can compare to the might of James Richardson no matter what league they're covering! Truly a fantastic one off.

Not the best derby tonight but still a pretty decent game. Good win for Inter and it really tightens up the title race, just six points between Inter in 5th and Juventus in 1st.
