all the games are streamed live on either the bbc or itv websites (depending which channel is showing the match)

You cant watch them outside of the UK, or if your internet is routed from outside of the uk.

I got a plug in for chrome called proxy switchy, but i cant access proxy-list.com from work, does anyone have details of a proxy that will work please! Needs help!

i've used identity cloaker (i'm in canda) and that works well. You need to pay for it though.

i'm watching the games on CBC in canada but want to listen to the 5live commentry, however the bbc commentry is about 4 or 5 seconds ahead of the tv picture which is extremely off-putting as i know what has happened before i've seen it. does anyone know any way that i can delay the audio streaming by a few seconds to get them in sync?
