WTD:- Hybrid/City Cycle Suitable for 5.11

I'm going to save up for a more expensive cycle, so, in the mean time I'm after something affordable to get me going.

Anything considered, so long as its ready to go.

I'm 5.11, the last bike i had was a 19" and was perfect.

So! any hybrid, ready to go.
