I don't need this HDMI switch anymore, because unlike when I bought it, all my AV stuff is split between my TV and my projector. It comes with all the original packaging and stuff, including the pain in the ass blister pack which I've cut open. And it comes with the remote, USB cable, and power cable.
The only thing to know is that the IR extender cable doesn't have adhesive on the back of it so you'll need to blu-tack it (better than getting your beloved AV stuff all gunky anyway though, right?
