As above really. I have one of these kit boxes up for sale. It includes:

Nikon D70 DSLR
Nikon 18-70mm kit lens
with the original kit box in which they were sold
Battery (and a spare)
Charger and plug
Lexar 512mb compact flash card
USB cable
Neck strap
A small Lowepro case (will fit camera and lens)
Manuals
