My dad has an old Dell PC with rambus..... this is impossible to buy at a reasonable price (500MB for ?80!!!). Anyone got any they don't need? Will gladly give you a bit of cash for it. Thanks.

My old PC had that stuff (system has since been passed down to my sister) - originally came with 128MB, and to add an additional 256MB cost nearly ?300
Horrendously expensive, so not hard to see why it never took off. Anyway, sorry to bump, don't really know where else you can look other than eBay.
