*Wanted* Sony Trinitron CRT- Sorted

Looking for a nice clean example with stand.
The model I'm after is the KV-29F3U but may consider a very similar model.
Not after a widescreen 4:3 only.
Could possibly go a little larger screen wise but not interested in anything smaller.

I'm in Norfolk but am prepared to travel a fair way to get a decent one, but obviously not the length and breadth.

Go to the local tip. Ask the bloke if you can pick one of the 150,000 CRT TVs which will be sitting there (some of which will be top of the range models from 5 years ago) and take it home. He'll probably faint with shock but then tell you to take your pick.

As a bit of advice. A 21" model will produce a better picture. I've got a 29er in the garage but I'm after a 21 for that reason.

I was astonished in our local (Scottish) tip with the quality of some of the TV models sitting there. They're just impossible to sell.

Have you looked on freecycle?

I got my 21 from eBay for a ridiculous price of about ?5

Keep an eye on there for one to show up locally
