It definitely did, I saw some that had it in the Disney 2 for 1 at Tesco a couple months back. It's basically same as the cover but foil/shiny with the caracters kind of raised out of the card/popping out slightly.

I saw two replies to my thread and thought I got lucky!!

Apparently, the only UK Pixar Blu-Ray never to have a slipcase was A Bug's Life - all the others had them on their first pressings.

I always thought it was Wall E that didn't have a slipcase. I have every Pixar movie released and that's the only one I haven't been able to track a slipcase for.

Looks like it's A Bug's Life and Wall-E that don't have slipcases - at least, on the UK versions:
