This is one of the original models with the OLED screen and is running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread - Cyanogenmod 7).

Price reflects the fact that the camera lens cover on the back panel has come off. I guess it's possible to get a replacement but I've never looked because the glass that was on there is of such low quality that it actually degrades the picture quality :-)
Otherwise it's in pretty good nick. Has a screen protector on there and I'll supply a few replacements too.
