My new TV doesn't have a VGA input, so i'm in need of a VGA to HDMI converter to get my X68000 working, does anyone have one for sale? It must support a VGA resolution of 640x480.
Fudoh is selling a Gefen VGA to HDMI transcoder (100€), you can head here if you are interested. It's probably one of the cheapest options, unless you want a full-blown transcoder/upscaler like a Crystallio or a XRGB3 (ah, if the FrameMeister kept the VGA input!)
Or you could get a generic VGA to HDMI transcoder from any online retailer like monoprice.com. They generally cost around 40 dollars so it's way cheaper than what briareos is suggesting.
You'll find the same type of machine all over the internet, except with a varying brand, which is irrelevant. I got mine through verkkokauppa.com which is a Finnish electronic superstore, but the device seems to be similar from any retailer. I use one for my DC if I ever hook it up and it works great on my Panasonic 42" Plasma. I hope this would be similar for an X68000.
