Hi all, selling my phone to find my contract termination as O2 are ripping me off.

Phone is just over a month old (replacement unit from apple)

Excellent condition.
Boxed with accessories.

Currently locked to O2, but can probably get them to unlock it if I terminate.

Warranty is over now, the original handset was a year old when I swapped it.

Do you have proof its been traded for a new one, surely the new phone would have a new serial.

It will have a new serial yes, but no doubt that is logged as having a specific warranty period too as it obtained directly through the apple store and logged in against the phone I took in.

Thus it won't match the serial on the BOX though because of this

No offers on that price , I've estimated it to be worth closer to ?350 from other sales on ebay/gumtree etc
