    Pricing error by the looks of it, but worth a punt if you're a fan of the films.

    Cheers matey. Definetly worth the 10.99 just for the first one.

      Nice one, hopefully they'll honour it though I'm not holding my breath.

      All 3 films (region B) are region free if anyone was wondering.

            I've ordered too. Play generally suck at honoring mis-pricing, though :{

              It now says £47.99! Although they should have to honour how it was originally listed, so argue with them if they try to increase the price

                Out of interest, how long does it take for play to cancel mis-price orders? If the price has now risen, should cancellation emails not have been sent?

                  They're not obligated to honour anything though - I've gone for one, but can't see this coming off at all.

                    I ordered one too. I'm encouraged we've not heard anything yet but that price has got to be too low to be honoured.

                      No, play aren't obligated to honor any price errors (although it IS sloppy business ethics if they don't, they should be accountable for their errors).

                      Just had my PSP GO! satnav thing order canceled from GAME due to a pricing error (their supposed loophole to get them out of "we'll always charge you the lower preorder price even if it changes" ****, but it wasn't all bad news as they sent me a £10 off voucher code as a "thanks for my understanding" aka silence money.

                      I didn't even want the thing as I can't drive yet, but when I saw it priced at £30 for about a day I took a no-loss risk gamble thinking I could double it's value on Ebay and it's now paid off, although not as much as I'd have hoped.

                        If you have proof of the price you pre-ordered the item at then legally PLAY would have to honour it, if you contested it.

                          Sorry mate, that's incorrect - a preorder doesn't constitute a contract, so there's no obligation to sell at that price. The same applies for mispriced items in a bricks & mortar store.

                            Indeed - look-up "Invitation to treat". Effectively you're making an offer to the shop to buy at that price - they don't have to accept your offer. It's only contractually binding when your money is taken - because at that point the offer has been accepted.

                            I ordered one anyway, as you never know.

                              Well mine still hasn't been cancelled - clearly they're aware the price was in error, so it's in pretty bad form if they only bother with the cancellations when the actual set is released.

                              Of course, the pricing error was only in place for a day, I can't imagine TOO many having slipped through the net at £10.
