I've used them twice - both times no problems at all, although standard delivery took 3 weeks on both occasions, which is fine if you're not in a rush.

Thumbs up from me, I get most of my BD's from them now. Usually receive the item 3-4 days after shipping confirmation. They do bill at the time of order so worth remembering when pre-ordering stuff.
