According to the T&Cs you get no warranty though (Or none which i could find).With been customer returns they could have weird faults etc. It says they are partners with choice, i wonder if choices passed across the possible faulty ones to them to sell on rather than take the risk themselves.

I would never buy a PS3 without a guarantee. I would never, ever, under any circumstances, buy one that has already been returned as potentially faulty. Avoid this at all costs, IMO
