Amazon are normally good with refunding price drops, and I only ordered the game from them on Tuesday this week, so have emailed asking for the fiver or so difference back.

I did check that before posting but it doesn't qualify sadly.

Looking @ the t&c's the discount (2.13% rather than 2.5%) only applies to selected products. Still a great price though!

So I sent an email to the Amazon refunds department to ask for the difference back (I've done this successfully 2 times before), and this is what I got.

Dear Customer

Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk.

The discounts we offer for items on our website do vary from time to time. I've checked your order #203-2673422-4597155 and found that we now offer a greater discount on "Little Big Planet (PS3)" than at the time you placed your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend a refund to you for the difference between the original price and the lower price you saw posted on our website.
