Smyth's Toys (http://www.smythstoys.com/) have the PS2/PS3 and Xbox 360 (not Wii) Rockband Band in a box for ?39.99 if that's the same thing. No software included, just the Rock Band 1 wired guitar, drums. mic and USB hub.

As far as I'm aware, instruments are compatible with all Rock Band games and Guitar Hero after World Tour (wired guitar doesn't work with Guitar Hero 2 or 3 on the 360 at least).
