Just spoke to someone on the phone at their customer services. He told me no one would be getting it at that price as all orders have been cancelled and seemed very confused when I explained my housemates received actual dispatch emails.

He's calling me back tomorrow as he couldnt explain why Ive already been charged and whats happened to the Modern Warfare2 I had in the same order. Didnt seem happy that Im prepared to cancel the entire order should they not honour the L4D2 price. I'll post any developments
