I would demand a new/sealed replacement, as that is what you paid for. My FEAR2 turned up today. It was factory sealed but the disc was loose inside the case. Luckily there were no scratches as if there had been it would've gone straight back for a replacement.

BTW my FEAR2 disc has an Australian Age Certificate on it rating it 'MA 15+', & not the EU PEGi rating. The back of the case next to the barcode says 'Made In EU' & the front of the case has the bbfo Age Certificate on it rating it '18'.

Right done, I was going to live with this - becuase of the hassle involved, but your post made me email game. Suitable email sent, with my complaint and suggestion to mark that stock may be 'ex-display' stock.

I know I'll get a bog standard, 'can return the item' type reply.

Also just noted Batman has gone up in price by ?3. Glad as I ordered it at ?20.

got prototype for just over £12 from game, i used the £5 off £50 voucher , then deleted the items that i didnt want after i placed the order

Mine turned up - clearly ex display stock - the box even had a bit missing from it. Going to send it back/take to store to get a refund. Gameplay have it for just under 6 quid now anyway

I got big bang mini come through today, clearly ex-shop stock too. They didn't even bother to take the game out of the bags they use and put it in the case properly.

OK quick update.

GAME haven't even been bothered to respond to my email. Really haven't got the time to be chasing these idiots down and will just give the game to a familly member who got a 360 for Xmas.

On a side note I ordered Prototype & FUEL from the Gameplay sale, and thought 'I know' I'll shove the £5.98 FEAR2 in the order too. Turns out I get another ex-display copy from Gamestation no less - so again word of warning that Gameplay are not immune to this lark either.
