I've had my car serviced for 10 years by Citroen, when it went in for a repair I got nothing in compensation. Scandalous behaviour for a loyal customer. I even had to take the car to the garage myself, they didn't even pick it up. I wasn't even offered a brand new one when it found the fault wasn't economically fixable.

As an existing customer you get what you have paid for. If every business backdated their offers to all customers we would have 100's of RBS's on our hands and Sky would end up in the same place as On Digital and NTL.

We're in an area known for very poor reception.

Why do you stick with Sky? What are the top three reasons?
      Sky sports.

HD, and the aforemention Sky Sports in HD.

      I can't actually think of a third...familiarity perhaps?

As for your car analogy, horses for courses I guess but I know someone who regularly gets £20 M&S vouchers for continually getting their car serviced somewhere. Guess what? She goes back every time.

Bum. They got wise to my plan and have now cancelled my topcashback
        No real surprise.

And no, he didn't rip my house apart. He left me 20m of cable so I can sort it out myself. He said he come back and connect it up to the dish if need be.

It works fine with a single cable as long as I don't turn it off at the mains (if I do, it complains when I turn it on that there's no satellite signal so I have to move the cable to the other input to fool it).
